  • Callouts or repairs are payable upfront. 
  • Callout's include a charge for travelling to you and an assessment of your problem.
  • Upon the receipt of your payment, an appointment will be scheduled
  • If your repair can be completed within the first hour the repair will be deemed part of the callout.
  • All callouts exclude any costs for equipment that was replaced and will be billed for separately
  • If your repair can not be completed in the first hour or additional equipment is required to complete the repair, you will be quoted for the repair.
