Internet Transfers This is the prefered method of payment at Shop 4 Security as it is secure and avoids unessesary bank charges and credit card commisions. If possible please make use of this method of payment. Otherwise for your convenience we also accept the following methods of payment. Cash You can pay cash directly into our bank account at any branch of First National Bank country wide. Simply place an order on our web site. Deposit cash into our account using the banking details above and fax or email the deposit slip to us and we will arrange delivery to you. Cheque You can deposit cheques into our account, however all chques are subject to the standard 10 day clearance period and this will hold up delivery of your order substancially.
Guarentee
All goods purchased from Shop 4 Security are sourced directly from the appointed South African agents and carry the manufaturers guarantee. This is ussauly a 1 year guarantee unless otherwise stated on the product information page. Shop 4 Security does not sell any "grey" imported products. However this gaurantee is limited to latent factory defects and does not cover items subject to wear and tear. If an item fails within the guarantee period and needs to be returned for repair please make use of the "Return Request Form" located in the customer service section of the web site. Once the form has been completed Shop 4 Security will make arrangments to have the faulty item collected from you and returned to the relevent agent for repair. Once the item has been repaired it will be returned to you. This process ussualy takes around 10 working days. However in certain cases (such as due to the availability of spares) the repair period may be longer.
Delivery Info
Please take Note: Shop 4 Security is an online shop and we do not carry stock at our admin office. Orders can be placed online or quotations can be requested from our sales staff and will be faxed or emailed to you. Orders are shipped via courier. Shop 4 Security delivers goods throughout South Africa, usually within 2-5 working days subject to availability of goods and receipt of payment. Customers living in major centres can expect shorter delivery times. Major centres include: Cape Town Johannesburg Gauteng Durban Pretoria All other areas may experience a slightly longer delivery time than Major centres listed above. Stock Availability: If an item is out of stock it will be placed on backorder and you will be notified. If you wish to cancel the order at this stage, you will be given the opportunity. Order Confirmation After placing your order with Shop 4 Security, you will receive an e-mail notification to confirm our receipt of your order request. Shipping Confirmation Once the order is shipped, you will receive a second e-mail confirming shipment including tracking information if sent by courier. I have not received my order? Once your order is shipped, we can track the parcel and will be able to advise you on the delivery of your order. Please call our call centre on 086 111 4990. Delivery Address: Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes. Goods are delivered during the day, therefore please provide a day time delivery address or please ensure that there will be someone to accept the goods at the designated delivery address. Export Restrictions: We only ship to addresses within South Africa.
