Please take Note:

Shop 4 Security is an online shop and we do not carry stock at our admin office. Orders can be placed online or quotations can be requested from our sales staff and will be faxed or emailed to you. Orders are shipped via courier.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms
Payments are stricktly CASH on all equipment.

Installations
All installations are performed by approved third parties and are quoted and invoiced for through Shop 4 Security cc. Payment terms on installations are 60% deposit upfront and balance on completion. No installation will be scheduled before deposit is received.

Delivery policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2-3 working days and delivery confirmed by way of waybill number.

Export restriction

The offering on this website is available to South African clients only.

Return and Refunds policy

The provision of goods and services by Shop 4 Security cc is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Shop 4 Security cc will refund the client in full within 30 days. Goods must be returned within 10 days in the original packaging. No refunds on used goods.

Customer privacy policy

Shop 4 Security cc shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment options accepted

Payment may be made via electronic bank transfer (EFT) into Shop 4 Security cc bank account, the details of which will be provided on request. No stock will be released until funds reflect in our account.

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is ZAR (South African Rand).

Responsibility

Shop 4 Security cc takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Country of domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Shop 4 Security cc chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, PO Box 53988, Wierda Park, 0149

Variation

Shop 4 Security cc may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

Validity

Quotation are valid for 7 Days. If the quotation is accepted after 7 days and prices has changed on the quoted products, this quotation will no longer be valid and a new quotation will be done on quoted products. On acceptance of the quotation the acceptance form must be completed and faxed to 086 686 8365.
