You
need to complete the
form below. Try to give us as much information as possible. This
enables us to anticipate what will be required for the repair and saves
time and money for all parties involved.
Upon
receipt of your request, one of our technical staff will confirm your
information.
Callouts
or repairs are
payable upfront. You will receive an invoice for the callout. This
includes a charge for travelling to you and an assessment of your problem.
Upon
the receipt of your payment, an appointment will be scheduled
with you.
If
your repair can be
completed within the first hour the repair will be deemed part of the
callout. All callouts exclude any costs for equipment that was replaced
and will be billed for separately.
If
your repair can not
be completed in the first hour or additional equipment is required to
complete the repair, you will be quoted for the repair.
Once
again you will need to pay the invoice before an appointment is
scheduled to complete your repair.
